eScience Mid-year Planning and MANCOM Team Building
Last July 14-15, 2022 eScience MANCOM gathered together at Zen Garden Hotel for a special meeting.
The first half of 2022 was a great success! The goal of the meeting was to plan & ensure that eScience continues with the successful run for the rest of the year.
The first day started off with a sumptuous breakfast at Breakfast at Antonio’s. The rest of the day was filled with presentations from Sales, Product Managers, HRD, Finance, NEST & other key units. Everyone shared their inputs on how to better support the plans presented. We spent the whole day meeting about what could be better for the coming days ahead of us, not just for the company but also for our clients. It is our commitment to provide innovation to our customers.
On our second day, we had our first ever Hybrid General Assembly (GA) with the MANCOM gathered in Zen Garden Hotel Silang Tagaytay while the rest were at home or in the office. The GA was conducted via Zoom.
Next, we jumped into our Team Building activity facilitated by Paulo de Alba. We spent time getting to know each another better through our personal sharings. We also participated in exercises that required us to build strategies and improve our teamwork. Overall, the team building activity was a good learning experience for all of us. We capped the 2nd day with a closing message from our CEO Ricky Dagelet.
Truly, the two-day event was a great success!
We are all excited for what the rest of 2022 will bring to us.
