THANK YOU 2022!
2022 turned out to be an awesome year for eScience. Now, it’s time to move on & plan out for the coming year 2023.
Managers and Team Leaders travelled to Pampanga for the two (2) day Annual Planning. First stop was at My Lola Nor’s 301, San Fernando.
Their function room served as our venue for Day 1 where they served us sumptuous buffet breakfast and lunch. The supporting units of HR, Training, Developers, Quality, Security and Support Team presented their plans for the the coming year. The afternoon session ended with the announcement of the All Winners Target for 2023 by eScience COO Alvin Fabella.
We capped off Day 1 with Thanksgiving Dinner at Goji Kitchen+Bar in Clark Marriott Hotel. We were divided into four different groups to brainstorm and come up with our proposed 2023 Battle Cry.
For Day 2, we went to Rustica, Angeles, Pampanga. This time, plans for 2023 were presented by Sales, Marketing and Product Managers.
The two day event ended with the four (4) groups presenting their proposed battle cry.
It was indeed a productive 2-day event of planning and collaboration among the managers and team leaders. We are always grateful for the opportunity to work and travel at the same time especially with a bigger group such as this.
2023, we are ready for more!
