In 2009, Selecta implemented the PocketWiSE Sales Force Automation (SFA) for its salesmen and distributors to facilitate the capturing of current inventory and sales order of every customer. Through the PocketWiSE SFA, the salesmen are also empowered to handle the returns and collections from their customers as they visit them. It also becomes a lot easier for the salesmen to create orders as they now have the facility to see the recommended order quantity depending on the shelf capacity of the customer.
