Our Products

ELMER Server Suite is a server application that can be customized to send and retrieve information and services to and from corporate databases. ELMER allows companies to SMS enable their applications using a compatible GSM modem or through direct connectivity with a telco via SMS Gateway.

KEY FEATURES

Composer - Used to easily create SMS Applications that can pull/push information to and from CRM, ERP, and other systems. This allows customers/employees to acquire information by the use of SMS keywords (e.g. Inventory of stocks, outstanding payables, receivables) and allows sending of information (e.g. Sales Order details, feedback/comments) via SMS (Text Messaging). Using athe Composer Feature, users can create SMS Applications in a few minutes.

Broadcast - Send an SMS to an individual or to a group of people instantly, or as scheduled. Message template and "mail-merge" functions allow users to personalize SMS to recipients. Broadcast can also route the SMS messages using the appropriate SIM or SMS Gateway to maximize the resources available (e.g. Messages intended for Globe Telecom users can be sent via their Globe SIM, and messages for SMART can be sent using the Smart SIM.)

Scheduler - Get users to subscribe to your SMS services and have ELMER reply to their in

quiries automatically. With ELMER's Scheduler you may run certain scripts during certain times of the day. The scripts can be used to schedule the extraction of information from CRM and Database systems, and then have the extracted information sent via SMS to the designated recipients.

SMS to Email - Allows received SMS messages (e.g. complains from customers) to be sent to the email address of the customer service representatives for faster handling.

Session Keyword - This allows you to create an SMS session for a certain duration. This is used when inputs are sent over a series of SMS/text messages.

Load Balancer - Allows SMS messages to be sent evenly using multiple GSM modems. This effectively balances the load and improved throughput of the system.

Direct Connect to Mobile Operators SMSC Using the ELMER SMS Gateway - ELMER can be connected directly to the Mobile Operator's SMSC for faster sending and receiving of SMS. It also allows premium SMS charigng for revenue generating applications.

OTHER APPLICATIONS

	ELMER on IP Monitor will allow interface of ELMER with IP Networks. Over 30 different resources (Bandwidth, NT Service, Web, DB, POP, PING, Disk Space, Routers, Event Logs, etc.) can be monitored by one compatible GSM modem device. A two-way communication with network via SMS: Alerts sent via SMS and network scripts can be initiated via SMS.
	Email to Mobile (E2M) module is a one-stop email-SMS solution that allows retrieval of email messages via mobile phone. It also has the capability to send SMS/text messages to multiple recipients by simply sending an email to an an E2M account. Elmer E2M fits people who are always on the go as it allows automatic forwarding of email messages to mobile phones.
	SAP-ELMER Integration - This allows SAP to trigger SMS alerts. Users of SAP may also be able to inquire information through the use of Elmer's SAP-SMS. Users may be able to create SAP sales orders using SMS messages and to receive confirmation that an order has been posted.
